QUILTING WORKSHOP AT SYLVAN OAKS LIBRARY
Full Description:
Learn a great American handicraft and how to create a nine-patch quilt block during the first of a three-session Quilting Workshop at Sylvan Oaks Library on Tuesday, Jan. 9th. The workshop, led by quilting expert Patricia Russell, is free of charge from 6-8 p.m. in the library at 6700 Auburn Blvd. in Citrus Heights. Materials are provided but quilters should bring their own sewing machine or prepare to do the project by hand. The other two workshop sessions will be held January 23rd and 30th. The workshop is sponsored by the Friends of the Sylvan Oaks Library. Call (916) 264-2920 for further details.
